On-Going Therapy
Sue Bates, M. Ed. Therapist
For on- going therapy: I see clients SUNDAY through WED:) and a few on Fri.
NEW CLIENTS: It’s important to be sure we are a good match before we set up an appt. ONLY MAKE AN APPT IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING CLEINT OR PAST CLEINT:)
People find me easy to talk to. I provide a friendly, comfortable place to talk and learn how to change the things you want to change in your life. I am very practical and give homework so you can keep learning when you are not in my office. I usually want to start out seeing people once a week and then move to every two weeks.
Each session is $150. Sessions are 45 minutes.
I am only able to take a few new clients at this time. If you
would like to schedule, please e-mail me and let me know: What
Insurance you have, If you will be paying out of pocket and
What you would like to work on.
If I am full, I will give you a referral to someone

I think would be good to work with.
If I have an opening, I will set up a short phone consult so we can talk to see if
we wold be a good match. I hope to talk to you soon!
Insurance
I am in-network with Premera, Lifewise and Regence.
I bill the insurance directly so you will only have to pay up front
if your deductible is NOT met. If your deductible IS met, you will have a co-pay or
will need to pay a percentage which is set by the Insurance Co.
For other Insurance: You pay me, I give you an invoice and then they pay you.
Most Insurances pay 50-70 %.
IF YOUR A NEW CLIENT, PLEASE E-MAIL ME AND WE WILL TALK BEFORE YOU MAKE AN APPT.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that I do have a 48-hour cancellation policy.Yout will be billed in full for any no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of the pre-scheduled appointment.
I usually have a waiting list so please let me know if you are not coming so someone on the list can get in.
Please e-mail and we can start there! I get back to people pretty fast.:)
