Scheduling an Appointment
Please note the following:
Appointments you can Schedule On-Line
- Initial Visit – If this is your first appointment. It takes place in the office in person and is 50 minutes.
- Follow Up Visit – This is if you have been into the office before. It takes place in the office in person and is 50 minutes.
- Phone Consult – This is an appointment over the phone. Your nutritionist will call you at the scheduled appointment time for the nutrition session which is 50 mintes.
- Pantry Overhauls- This is a 50 minute appointment in your home.
- Grocery Shopping Tour – This is a 50 minute appointment where we meet you at the grocery store.
- Private Cooking Lessons – This is a 2 1/2 hour appointment in your home.
- Private Cooking Parties – This is a 2 1/2 hour appointment in your home.
Last Minute Scheduling
Appointments scheduled on line need to be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment. If you would like an appointment in less than 12 hours, please call the office at 206-595-0376 or email us at jennifer@realizehealth.com.
24-Hour Notice of Cancellation Required
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment. You will be billed in full for a no-show or an appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the visit.
